• Where is the store based?

• What is preorder for? How long do I wait before I get my preordered charms?

  For now, I'm using pre-order as a way to let you place your orders while I'm waiting for my shipping and printing supplies to arrive (usually takes under a week).

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, I do!
  All orders are sent out via USPS.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders will ship once or twice a week, depending on activity.

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• I made a mistake! What do I do?

  Please let me know as soon as possible by e-mailing [email protected] and I will correct your order, if possible!
  Please make sure your order is correct before checking out! I can not be held responsible for mistakes in shipping if you gave me incorrect information.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
